What is Buyer Protection?
Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.
You are protected when:
- The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
- The item you received was not as described.
- The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.
I Have Received The Wrong Or Faulty Item?
First of all we’re really sorry this has happened. Sometimes mistakes can be made during packaging and although every care is take to pack your item correctly damage can and does sometimes occur.
Please contact us as soon as possible we will arrange a full refund for damaged items and an exchange for incorrect items.
Can I Return An Item?
We really do hope you’re happy with all of your order. However should you wish to return an item then please check our ‘RETURNS POLICY’ for instructions.
I Haven’t Received My Parcel?
We aim to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible. Some times we experience delays due to our shipping agents or customs. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the time specified then first of all we appologise. Please send us a message via the contact us page or our Facebook message system.
When Will I Get My Parcel?
We aim to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible. Please allow 48hrs for us to process your order and then the final shipping time will be depending on your location. Please see out ‘Shipping and Delivery’ Page for more details.
Can You Deliver To An Address Other Than My Billing Address?
Yes. You will be given the opportunity to enter a different delivery address but please remember the billing address must match the address the payment card is registered at.
What Countries Do You Deliver To?
My Swimwear Rocks offers full worldwide shipping. We have various shipping rates depending on your location. All shipping and delivery costs will be displayed on the checkout page.
Sometimes we have FREE shipping promotions or offer discount codes.
How Do I Use My Coupon Code?
If you have been given a coupon code simply enter it in the the box provided on your shopping cart page and press ‘Apply Coupon’. The discount will automatically be deducted from the final total. If your coupon doesn’t work it may have expired. Will I Get An Order Confirmation Email?
Yes. You will receive an email from Support@MySwimwear.Rocks with all the details from your order. Including estimated delivery time
Do I Need To Create An Online Account To Place An Order?
At MySwimwear.Rocks we’ve made it super easy to place an order. If you wish you can create an account with us or if you prefer you can use our guest check out.
The advantage of an account is you can use our wishlist facility and save all of your favourite items.
How Can I Pay For My Swimwear Rocks Order?
My Swimwear Rocks currently accepts payment via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to checkout and can pay via Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Mastercard and American Express.
