Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they have been shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, you will no longer be able to cancel.

Refunds

We very much hope that you will be pleased with your purchase and your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of My Swimwear Rocks (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of My Swimwear Rocks

*You can submit refund requests within 14 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Faulty Or Wrong Item

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or wrong items, please email us within 7 days at Support@MySwimwear.Rocks, including an emailed photo of the damaged item showing the problem. A replacement or full refund including any postage and packing costs will be offered upon the safe arrival of the goods back to us.

Do not send any items back to us, prior to contacting us first. We will not refund postage costs for any items returned to us without pre-authorisation. Items with pre-authorisation should be returned to us using a tracked shipping service.

We will refund the shipping costs in returning the items to us if an item is wrong or faulty. We will not refund postal charges for items returned by any other means. We do not offer a free returns post service. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.

Exchange

You should express your wish to exchange by contacting us via email at Support@MySwimwear.Rocks
Items should be received back in our warehouse within 14 days of your receipt of the item(s) and in the condition in which they were received.

Items are returned at your own expense.  We do not offer a free returns post service.  If you do not include the correct postage on returning your unwanted items, the postal costs will be deducted from any refund due to you, including any surcharge underpaid items.
Upon receipt of the returned items, you will be issued with an amended invoice, which will include any recalculation of the original delivery charge, should the order value not meet the free delivery threshold. In this case the delivery charge will be deducted from any refund due.

Returns can take up to 10 working days from receipt back in our warehouse to process. You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been completed. A credit voucher will be issued against any items returned that were purchased using a credit or gift voucher.

All items remain the senders property until they arrive safely back at our warehouse. It is your responsibility to make sure that any items returned are adequately packaged with tracking and insurances in place, as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.  Any items damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded.
